Service was wonderful.
Primi piatti: Gnocchi with olives, artichoke mousse, and speck was homemade and yummy. Outstanding.
Secondi piatti: The other dishes pictured were enjoyed very much. The chef did a great job.
Dessert: homemade ricotta cheesecake. -

The first impression was that it is nice and lovely place. The service is good as well. But the food - it was the worst dinner in Gaeta for the last week. "Sea Bass with Prawns" looks good (photo attached) but the taste is terrible... My wife had similar experience with Tuna.
Not recommended for the seafood dinner, ok for the wine -

Located on the historic old city of Gaeta, steps away from the ancient ruins, we enjoyed a delicious, satisfying dinner. The grilled octopus im homemade tomato sauce was delicious, as was the perfectly seasoned fish/ seafood soup and the chicken breast strips in white wine. A delicious meal on all counts, we highly recommend!

Really wonderful little restaurant down an alley close to the Church of St. Erasmus. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. We sat outside and felt the breeze, as beautiful music was played from speakers. The waiters here are very friendly, and knowledgeable about the food and wine. They tried very hard to explain everything to us, as we do not speak Italian. First of all, one of favorite things about this restaurant is that i didn't feel like they were trying to up-sell me, or gouge my pocketbook in any way. It is refreshing, as I have felt that way at many a restaurant I have eaten at here. Secondly, every single thing we ordered was delicious, and cooked with love! The portions are great with amazing flavor, and the food also offered us new tastes and flavor combinations not previously experienced on our other trips to Italy. In the end , with two large starter platters ( for four people) , two bottles of wine, and four entrees , the bill was half the price of the other restaurants we had been recommended to by various review sites. And we left twice as happy! I can't say it enough, go eat here!
